茶对人体健康有益,可消除疲劳、爽身明目、清热利便、解毒提神。饮热茶能降低皮肤温度,防暑降温的功效远比冷饮强得多。但喝茶应现泡现喝为好。用80℃左右已煮沸过的热水泡茶,4—6分钟后饮用,既能浸出茶中的有效营养成分,又不会破坏维生素。喝茶宜情淡,不宜过浓。饭后不宜立即喝茶,饮量不宜过多。在服用人参,奎宁、麻黄素、阿托品等药时,不宜用茶水送服,以防降低药效。发烧、患高血压的病人,产妇和有便泌习惯的人,均不宜饮用浓茶。
