基于联合分析方法的二倍体马铃薯群体抗旱性评价

马铃薯是世界第四大粮食作物,其在应对世界粮食危机和营养不良等问题方面具有重要作用.马铃薯属于浅根系作物,我国马铃薯主要种植在干旱半干旱地区,其生长受干旱影响显著.因此,培育抗旱品种对保证旱区马铃薯产量、提高水资源利用率具有重要意义.本研究分别在2019-2020年于网棚、大田、抗旱棚3个环境设正常灌溉和水分亏缺2个水分处理,在收获时分别测定各处理下二倍体马铃薯群体各基因型的产量并计算抗旱系数,通过差异显著性分析、相关性分析、方差分析和双标图分析等联合分析了该群体在3个环境下的抗旱性,结果表明:2020年大田试验和2020年抗旱棚试验反映了群体各基因型在较轻程度干旱胁迫下的抗旱能力;2019年网棚试验反映了群体各基因型在较重程度干旱胁迫下的抗旱能力.在2种不同干旱胁迫程度下抗旱等级均一致的基因型有58个,占群体总数的47.93%.本研究为马铃薯群体重复多次的抗旱性评价提供了一定的理论依据;筛选出的抗旱性材料可为后期研究马铃薯抗旱关键基因的定位、克隆及抗旱机制的解析奠定坚实的基础.
