目的探讨病案复印流程再造在病案管理中的应用效果。方法选取病案复印流程再造前后各1年的复印病案101305份(2011年46048份;2012年55257份),使用SPSS17.0对实施病案流程再造前后申请人的等待时间、满意度和复印知识知晓率、工作人员查找、复印病案时间、复印工作量的统计数据进行比较分析。结果实施病案复印流程再造后较实施前病案复印申请人的满意度明显提高(χ2=10.47,P<0.01),申请人复印知识知晓率明显提高(χ2=23.2,P<0.01);高峰期申请人平均等待时间、每份病案查找时间查找、每份病案复印时间均较流程再造前明显缩短(分别为t=1050.81,P<0.01;t=464.23,P<0.01;t=375.55,P<0.01);日接待复印申请人次、日复印病案份数和日复印病案页数较流程再造前明显增多(分别为t=670.19,P<0.01;t=731.45,P<0.01;t=2148.68,P<0.01)。结论实施病案复印流程再造能够提高工作效率和提升患者及家属对医院服务的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of medical record copying process in case management. Methods 101305 copies (46048 copies in 2011 and 55257 copies in 2012) of 1 year before and after the reengineering of medical records were selected, and the waiting time, satisfaction and knowledge of copying knowledge before and after the implementation of medical records reengineering were analyzed by SPSS17.0 , Staff search, copy the medical record time, copy workload statistics for comparative analysis. Results The satisfaction rate of the applicants before the implementation of medical record copying was significantly improved (χ2 = 10.47, P <0.01), and that of the applicants’ copying knowledge was significantly improved (χ2 = 23.2, P <0.01); the peak application Average waiting time per person, search time for each medical record, and each copy of medical records were significantly shorter than those before the process reengineering (t = 1050.81, P <0.01; t = 464.23, P <0.01; t = 375.55, P <0.01 (T = 670.19, P <0.01; t = 731.45, P <0.01; t = 2148.68, P <0.01), and the number of copies of daily photocopying cases and daily copying medical records were significantly higher than those before the process reengineering 0.01). Conclusion The implementation of medical record copying process reengineering can improve work efficiency and enhance the satisfaction of patients and their families on hospital services.
