目的:探讨引导组织再生联合牙内骨内种植治疗牙周病的临床效果。方法:选择2015年1月至2016年1月60例重度牙周病患者,随机分两组,每组30例,对照组单纯采用牙内骨内种植术,观察组采用引导组织再生术联合牙内骨内种植进行共同治疗。比较两组患者术前术后的牙周袋探诊深度、附着丧失、牙齿松动度。结果:和术前对比,两组患者的牙周袋探诊深度、附着丧失、牙齿松动度都明显得到改善,术前术后数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);和对照组对比,观察组术后牙周袋探诊深度、附着丧失、牙齿松动度改善更为理想,两组术后数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用引导组织再生牙内骨内种植治疗牙周病,有利于促进新附着的形成,重新恢复松动牙的稳定性。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of guided tissue regeneration combined with intradental bone in the treatment of periodontal disease. Methods: Sixty patients with severe periodontal disease were selected from January 2015 to January 2016, and were randomly divided into two groups (n = 30 in each group). The control group received simple intradental implantation and the control group received guided tissue regeneration Internal bone planting for treatment. Comparing the two groups of patients before and after the periodontal pocket exploration depth, loss of attachment, tooth mobility. Results: Compared with those before operation, the depth of pocket exploration, loss of attachment and tooth mobility were significantly improved in both groups. There was significant difference between preoperative and postoperative data (P <0.05) In contrast, the observation group after operation periodontal pocket exploration depth, loss of attachment, the improvement of dental mobility is more ideal, the two groups of postoperative data, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Guided tissue regeneration of dental implants in the treatment of periodontal disease is conducive to promoting the formation of new attachment, regain the stability of loose teeth.
