减震器静负荷特性(亦称综合反力)作为减震器非阻尼特性的一项重要指标,是导致减震器结构损坏及失效的主要原因之一。通过对减震器活塞杆和贮油筒组件进行受力分析,建立了综合反力的解析计算式,并构建了施加横向载荷的减震器综合反力数学模型。该模型较全面地描述了减震器内部摩擦力,并提出了减少摩擦力的方法,对减震器产品质量提高具有重要意义。
Static load characteristics of shock absorbers (also known as the composite reaction force) as a damper non-damping characteristics of an important indicator of the structure of the shock absorber is one of the main causes of damage and failure. By analyzing the force of the piston rod and oil storage cylinder assembly, the analytic formula of the comprehensive reaction force is established and the comprehensive reaction force model of the shock absorber with transverse load is constructed. The model describes the internal friction of the shock absorber in a comprehensive way and proposes a method to reduce the friction force, which is of great significance to improve the product quality of the shock absorber.
