文中介绍了所研制的采用半导体应变片的膜盒式测力元件。将测力元件埋入砂箱中不同部位(中心、靠近箱壁、靠近箱角)及不同的深度,通过光线示波器记录压力数据。实验表明,这种方法可以用于工艺试验及生产工艺控制中。文中介绍了不同比压、不同砂箱高度下,铸型内部压力分布的不同观点的规律。对于有关砂型内部紧实度分布的不同观点进行了分析。压实造型法至今已成为机器造型的主要方法,其应用日益广泛。但由于单纯压实紧砂法存在着紧实度分布不均匀,以及往往在有模铸型中存在着松软点及过硬点等问题,因而多年来许多铸造工作者一直在用实验的方法以及理论分析的方法,寻求铸型内紧实度分布以及压力分布的规律,这对于分析工艺方法的合理性、选择合适的工艺制度以提高铸件的质量有着重要的意义。有些铸造工作者曾对铸型内部压力分布作过一些理论分析,但尚缺少实际的验证;也有一些铸造工作者曾对铸型压板、底板以及型壁的压力进行过测试,但对铸型内部压力分布的测试研究得甚少。我们对压实过程中砂型内部压力的分布进行了一些测试和分析。
In this paper, the developed diaphragm strain gauges with force transducers were introduced.
