Over the years, the media industry in China has allocated “well” structure, parallel structure and inclined structure according to administrative levels and administrative divisions to allocate resources and layout of media industries. In the economically and culturally developed regions, there are several media industries that have grown extremely. However, the polarization effect of the growth pole is far greater than the proliferation effect and does not play a leading role in other regions.
