详细分析了ZMA120型转向架一系悬挂的结构特点,建立了一系垂向力学模型;同时根据受力关系、几何关系以及能量守恒推导了一系垂向刚度的计算公式,并试验验证了一系垂向刚度计算结果的准确性。结果表明:试验结果与计算结果误差很小,该计算公式为研究一系垂向刚度在一系弹簧和橡胶关节之间的分配关系提供了科学依据。
The structural characteristics of first-line suspension of ZMA120 bogie are analyzed in detail, and a series of vertical mechanical models are established. At the same time, a series of formulas for calculating vertical stiffness are deduced according to the relationship of stress, geometric relation and energy conservation.
