[目的]探明6%井冈霉素.240亿枯草芽孢杆菌WP对稻曲病的田间防治效果。[方法]采用随机区组设计,于2007年在安徽省凤台县对稻曲病进行田间药剂防治试验。[结果]研究结果表明,在用量为1 500、1 800 g/hm2时,6%井冈霉素.240亿枯草芽孢杆菌WP对稻曲病的防治效果均达70%以上,与12.5%纹霉清水剂的防效无显著性差异;但在低用量(1 200 g/hm2)条件下,其对稻曲病的防治效果有所降低,防效为66.8%,与12.5%纹霉清水剂(3 000 g/hm2)防效间差异性极显著,但与20%井冈霉素水溶粉剂(6 000 g/hm2)处理间差异性不显著。[结论]6%井冈霉素.240亿枯草芽孢杆菌可用于稻曲病的田间防治。
[Objective] The research aimed to determine the field control effect of 6% Jinggangmycin 240 million Bacillus subtilis WP on rice false smut. [Method] With the random block design, field pharmacy control experiment on rice false smut in Fengtai County of Anhui Province in 2007 was conducted. [Result] The results showed that the effect of 6% Jinggangmycin 240 million Bacillus subtilis WP on the control of False smut was more than 70% at the dosage of 1 500 and 1 800 g / hm2, There was no significant difference in the control effect of fresh water agent. However, its control effect on false smut was reduced at the low dosage (1 200 g / hm2), the control efficiency was 66.8%. Compared with 12.5% 3 000 g / hm2) showed significant difference between the control efficacy, but no significant difference between the control and 20% Jinggangmycin water-soluble powder (6 000 g / hm2) treatment. [Conclusion] 6% Jinggangmycin 240 million Bacillus subtilis can be used in the field control of rice false smut.
