本方案是通过一个双极性直流给定电压V_G=±10V,实现对电机的启动、停止、换向、正反转以及控制α调制范围的增减,并达到无级调速等控制目的。为满足电机各种状态特性要求,该变频器由直流给定电压发生器、隔离器、压频变换器、函数发生器、移相控制器、三相控制电源发生器、换向控制器以及逻辑控制器等构成。由于各单元电路采用模拟和数字集成件构成,故具有结构紧凑、简单、体积小的优点。实践证明,性能稳定可靠、抗干抗能力强、操作使用维修方便、成本低经济等特点。
