目的探讨立体定向微创手术治疗脑肿瘤的临床价值。方法将180例脑肿瘤患者随机分为试验组和对照组各90例。试验组给予立体定向微创手术治疗,对照组给予常规开颅手术治疗,观察2组患者日常生活能力量表(ADL评分)、患者神经功能缺损(CCS评分)、治疗1年后复发率、存活率及总有效率。结果治疗后2组患者ADL评分显著高于治疗前,而CCS评分显著低于治疗前,且试验组变化幅度大于对照组;试验组治疗1年后复发率低于对照组,存活率高于对照组,治疗有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论立体定向微创手术治疗脑肿瘤具有显著的临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of stereotactic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of brain tumors. Methods 180 patients with brain tumors were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 90 cases. The experimental group was treated with stereotactic minimally invasive surgery and the control group was given conventional craniotomy. The ADL score, CCS score, recurrence rate and survival after 1 year of treatment were observed in two groups. Rate and total efficiency.
