运用仿生学基本原理,从人体生理学细胞物质转运入手,对人力资源层次上的企业人力资源开发方法、部门系统层次上的人力资本的来源和人力资源系统开发、整体水平上的人力资源的管理开发和激励开发,以及对教育、培训和人力资源配置在企业人力资源开发中的作用进行研究,以期形成一套系统的企业人力资源开发方法,发挥企业在其人力资源开发中的作用.
