目的 对地胆草的化学成分进行研究。方法 通过理化性质和波谱分析方法对结构进行鉴定并通过二维核磁共振技术 (1H 1HCOSY ,HMQC ,HMBC)对aurantiamideacetate的所有氢和碳的核磁共振化学位移进行了归属。结果 从地胆草中首次分得两个二肽衍生物。结论 鉴定其结构分别为 :N (N1 benzoyl S phenylalani lyl) S phenylalaninol (aurantiamide)及其乙酸酯 (aurantiamideacetate)。
Objective To study the chemical composition of D. biloba. Methods The physicochemical properties and spectral analysis methods were used to identify the structure and the NMR magnetic shifts of all hydrogen and carbon of aurantiamide acetate were identified by two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (1H 1HCOSY, HMQC, HMBC) techniques. Results Two dipeptide derivatives were firstly obtained from Dictyophora. Conclusion The structures were identified as N(N1 benzoyl S phenylalani lyl) S phenylalaninol (aurantiamide) and its aurantiamide acetate.
