用电位溶出分析法对大蒜及大蒜油与铅、镉的作用进行了初步研究。实验结果表明 ,大蒜水浸取液、大蒜乙醇浸取液及大蒜油均会使游离铅镉离子的电位溶出信号下降 ,提示大蒜及大蒜油与铅镉可能发生了配位作用。
Potential dissolution analysis of garlic and garlic oil and lead, cadmium role in a preliminary study. The experimental results showed that garlic water extract, garlic ethanol extract solution and garlic oil all decreased the potential dissolution of free lead and cadmium ions, which suggested that garlic and garlic oil may coordinate with lead and cadmium.
