在使用乙炔气进行焊接加工时,往往由于焊槍吹管过热及槍咀被熔融金属堵塞而使氧乙炔混合气在吹管內部燃燒,使焊槍孔道內压力增高,促使热的混合气冲向导管,火焰进入乙炔发生器的內室,而引起爆炸。某队曾因此发生过爆炸事故。为防止逆流火焰冲击和爆炸事故的再次发生,特介紹几种防止回火冲击的裝置和方法。我們認为在这些方法中,以“开放式低压回火防止器”和“乙炔焊接的安全壺”兩篇文章介紹的安全裝置較好,建議結合具体情况設計选用。
When using acetylene gas for welding processing, the acetylene gas mixture is burned inside the blow pipe due to the overheating of the torch torch and the clogging of the gun nozzle with the molten metal, so that the pressure in the hole of the welding torch increases, prompting the hot mixture to rush toward the duct, and the flame enters. The internal chamber of the acetylene generator causes an explosion. An explosion happened to a team. In order to prevent the occurrence of reverse-flow flame impact and explosion accidents, several devices and methods for preventing flashback shocks are introduced. We believe that in these methods, the safety devices described in the two articles “Open Low-Temperature Tempering Preventer” and “Ethylene-Gas Welding Safety Cup” are better, and it is recommended to design them in combination with specific conditions.
