环境镉污染所致人体骨损伤早期诊断指标研究

用改良的Singh指数分级法对镉污染区居民X片上的股骨上端骨纹进行分析。结果表明:铜污染区居民的Singh指数明显低于对照区居民,Singh指数与尿镉、尿钙、尿总蛋白有明显相关性,用Sngh指数来判断骨质损害时,尿镉水平和骨质损害率之间存在着剂量一反应关系、因此建议将Singh指数做为环境镉致骨损伤的一项早期诊断指标。 An improved Singh index grading method was used to analyze the upper femur bone pattern of X-ray population in cadmium-contaminated area. The results showed that the Singh index of residents in the copper pollution area was significantly lower than that of the residents in the control area. Singh index was significantly correlated with urinary cadmium, urinary calcium and urine total protein. Sngh index was used to judge the bone damage, urinary cadmium level and bone mass Therefore, it is suggested that the Singh index be used as an early diagnostic indicator of bone damage induced by cadmium in the environment.
