本文研究了锑(Ⅲ)碘络阴离子和罗丹明B离子缔合物在抗坏血酸、阿拉伯胶、OP存在下的显色反应。实验结果表明,缔合物的最大吸收在590nm,锑量在O—10微克/50毫升范围内符合比尔定律,由工作曲线斜率求得摩尔吸光系数为2.8×10~5,灵敏度很高。经巯基棉分离富集,可消除基体金属在内的绝大部分干扰元素的影响,能准确测定ppm级以下的痕量锑。方法选用0.2mol/L硫酸介质,温度控制在15±5℃
In this paper, the color reaction of antimony (Ⅲ) iodide anion and rhodamine B complex in the presence of ascorbic acid, acacia and OP was studied. The experimental results show that the maximum absorption of the association material is at 590nm and the quantity of antimony accords with Beer’s law in the range of O-10μg / 50ml. The molar absorption coefficient is 2.8 × 10-5 with the slope of the working curve and the sensitivity is very high. Separated and enriched by thiol cotton can eliminate the influence of most interference elements, such as matrix metal, and can accurately measure traces of antimony below the ppm level. Method selection 0.2mol / L sulfuric acid medium, temperature control at 15 ± 5 ℃
