在碳钢表面制备Fe-Al涂层,可有效提升碳钢的抗氧化性、耐腐蚀性和耐磨性。本文对Fe-Al涂层制备的基本过程进行了阐述,其次对扩散机制和微观组织结构等影响因素进行了讨论,并对相形成机理进行了综述。最后,对机械能辅助制备Fe-Al涂层研究进行了展望。
Preparation of Fe-Al coating on the surface of carbon steel can effectively improve the oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of carbon steel. In this paper, the basic process of Fe-Al coating preparation is described. Secondly, the influencing factors such as diffusion mechanism and microstructure are discussed, and the phase formation mechanism is reviewed. Finally, the prospect of mechanical energy-assisted preparation of Fe-Al coatings was prospected.
