用苯并三氮唑(BTA)和酸性氯化物(酰氯类)合成7种BTA酰基衍生物.采用间接失重方法比较BTA及其衍生物对Cu在3%NaCl水溶液中的缓蚀性能.结果表明:7种BTA衍生物中,Glutaryl/BTA的缓蚀性能远优于BTA;C5/BTA的缓蚀性不及BTA;其余5种的缓蚀性能均略优于BTA.用传统的失重方法测试金属缓蚀性能需要最少几十天才能完成.用阳极微分脉冲溶出伏安法(DPAS),可以灵敏地测出Cu泡在3%NaCl里一天溶出痕量的铜离子浓度.
Seven kinds of BTA acyl derivatives were synthesized with benzotriazole (BTA) and acid chlorides (acid chlorides). The effects of BTA and its derivatives on corrosion inhibition of Cu in 3% NaCl aqueous solution were compared by indirect weight loss method. The results showed that Glutaryl / BTA exhibited far better corrosion inhibition performance than BTA in seven kinds of BTA derivatives. The corrosion inhibition of C5 / BTA was less than that of BTA. The corrosion resistance of the other five species was slightly better than that of BTA. It takes at least a few dozen days to test metal corrosion inhibition using the traditional weight loss method. Anodic differential pulse stripping voltammetry (DPAS) can be used to sensitively measure the concentration of copper ions released by Cu bubbles in 3% NaCl solution.
