1985年以来,我将动物类中药材传统的明火酥炙和烤法酥炙改用“电热恒温干燥箱”烘烤,经取鹿茸、蛤蚧、海马、蕲蛇等动物类药材炮制后质量鉴别;证明烘烤酥炙质量好。操作方法:取净选后的药材,大小分挡,分别盛入搪瓷方盘内(厚度1cm左右),然后将盘子平放入干燥箱内加热。当温度升至150℃以下(保持温度恒定在145℃左右)取出药材,喷淋白酒一次。再每隔15min取出药材,喷淋白酒。如此反复3~4次,酥至色黄,酥香,质地松脆,取出即得。
Since 1985, I have changed the traditional fire-flavored glutinous rice cakes and roasted crispy glutinous rice cakes of traditional Chinese medicines to “Electrothermal Constant Temperature Drying Chamber” to bake. So repeated 3 to 4 times, crisp to yellow, crisp, crisp texture, remove it.
