“拳不打力,力不打功。” 这句挂在炼武人嘴边的口头禅,对技击、体力与内功三者的地位与作用,作了形象的说明。 隔行不隔理。内功,对于一个企业同样是头等重要的。一个良好机遇,一个正确的决策,一个适销对路的新产品,只能给企业带来一时的兴旺;而扎实的内功,却能使企业起死回生。常盛不衰。 内功的外在表现,是企业的应变能力。内功的内涵,则是十分广泛的,包括职工的整体素质,领导的决策水平,技术开发能力,管理基础,内部机制等诸多软因素。在这诸多因素中,内部机制是最活跃的决定因素。机制理顺了,各方面的积极性就能调动起来,就能在机制的制导下步入最佳的良性循环。
