借助N-S方程对波瓣喷管混合装置的流场进行了数值分析。采用三维贴体曲线坐标,非交错网格法和k-ε两方程湍流模型,对波瓣喷管内外两侧的气流通道及波瓣喷管下游的混合段流场统一进行了数值计算。得出了速度场和流向涡及正交涡的分布,并对流向涡的发展规律及其对正交涡分布规律的影响作了分析。并对混合管壁面的压力分布和出口速度型与实验值进行了比较。
N-S equation was used to analyze the flow field of lobed nozzle mixing device. The three-dimensional body curve coordinates, non-staggered grid method and k-ε turbulence model were used to calculate the flow fields in both the inner and outer sides of the lobed nozzle and the mixed section downstream of the lobed nozzle. The distributions of velocity field, flow vortex and orthogonal vortex are obtained, and the development of flow vortex and its influence on the distribution of orthogonal vortex are analyzed. The pressure distribution on the wall of the mixing tube and the outlet velocity were compared with the experimental data.
