目的探讨规范沟通及重症知识普及对医疗纠纷的影响。方法随机数字表格法将某院2014年1月-2015年12月收治的100例重症监护病房(ICU)患者家属分为观察组与对照组,对照组采取常规交流、传统宣教方式,观察组则行规范沟通联合重症知识普及干预,入院24小时、1周后评价两组家属疾病认知程度。治疗结束后统计两组家属满意率及医疗纠纷发生率。结果两组患者家属入院1周后疾病认知总分较入院24h内均明显上升,且观察组疾病认知总分为(14.57±0.18)分,明显高于对照组的(11.14±0.19)分。治疗结束后观察组患者家属总满意率、医疗纠纷发生率分别为96%、2%,较对照组的72%、14%差异有统计学意义。结论规范沟通联合重症知识普及能明显提高ICU患者家属疾病认知度及满意度,显著降低医疗纠纷发生率。?
Objective To explore the impact of standard communication and the popularization of critical knowledge on medical disputes. Methods The random number table method was used to divide the family members of 100 intensive care unit (ICU) patients in a hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 into observation group and control group. The control group adopted routine communication and traditional missionary methods, Line standard communication and joint intervention of critical knowledge, 24 hours after admission, 1 week after the evaluation of family members of the disease awareness. After treatment, the satisfaction rate of family members and the incidence of medical disputes were calculated. Results The total score of disease cognition in the two groups was significantly higher than that of admission one week after hospitalization, and the total cognitive score of the observation group was (14.57 ± 0.18) points, significantly higher than that of the control group (11.14 ± 0.19) points . After treatment, the total satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was 96% and 2% respectively, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (72% and 14% respectively). Conclusion The standardization of communication combined with the popularization of critical knowledge can significantly improve the awareness and satisfaction of family members of ICU patients, and significantly reduce the incidence of medical disputes. ?
