为了找到适合的玉米秸秆生产酒精工艺,该文采用碱性湿氧化预处理(195℃,15min,Na2CO32g/L,O21200kPa)与同步糖化发酵对玉米秸秆制备酒精进行了研究。结果表明:经过预处理,90%纤维素保留在固体中,回收率为95.87%。固体部分利用纤维素酶处理,在50℃24h酶解率达到了67.6%。底物8%(质量分数),经过142h同步糖化发酵,酒精产量达到了理论酒精产量的79.0%。假定五碳糖和六碳糖都能够被利用,相当于1t玉米秸秆能够产生262.7kg的酒精。发酵过程中没有明显的抑制作用。该文为玉米秸秆发酵生产酒精提供了试验数据。
In order to find a suitable technology for the production of ethanol from corn stover, ethanol preparation from corn stover was studied by alkaline wet oxidation pretreatment (195 ℃, 15min, Na2CO32g / L, O21200kPa) and simultaneous saccharification and fermentation. The results showed that after pretreatment, 90% cellulose was retained in the solid, the recovery was 95.87%. Solid part of the use of cellulase treatment, 50 ℃ 24h hydrolysis rate reached 67.6%. Substrate 8% (mass fraction), after 142h simultaneous saccharification and fermentation, alcohol production reached 79.0% of theoretical alcohol production. Assuming that both pentose and hexose can be utilized, the equivalent of 1t of corn stover is capable of producing 262.7 kg of alcohol. No obvious inhibition in the fermentation process. This article provides experimental data for the fermentative production of alcohol from corn stover.
