[目的]对不同产地的黑骨藤药材中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜的含量进行测定,为高品质黑骨藤药材的筛选、药材质量标准建立及中药材生产质量管理规范(GAP)种植提供科学依据。[方法]样品经湿法消解后,用原子荧光光度法和原子吸收分光光度法进行检测;采用聚类分析等数量统计软件对测定结果进行分析处理。[结果]黑骨藤药材中主要是铅和镉重金属元素超标,超标率为铅47.62%、镉71.43%、汞14.28%、铜14.28%。[结论]不同产地的黑骨藤药材中砷、汞和铜含量较低,铅和镉含量严重超标。
[Objective] The research aimed to determine the content of lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury and copper in the crude extracts of Ctenopharyngodon idellus from different areas for the screening of high quality Ctenopharyngodon medicinal plants, establishing the quality standard of medicinal materials and establishing the GAP Planting provides a scientific basis. [Method] After the samples were digested by wet method, the samples were detected by atomic fluorescence spectrometry and atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results of the determination were analyzed by using the statistical software such as cluster analysis. [Result] The contents of lead and cadmium were overweight in the samples of Cranberry. The exceeding standard rate was 47.62% for lead, 71.43% for cadmium, 14.28% for mercury and 14.28% for copper. [Conclusion] The content of arsenic, mercury and copper in Cotinus coggygii medicinal herbs in different habitats is low, and the content of lead and cadmium is seriously exceeded.
