2004年,中国石化信息化建设取得了重大进展和令人瞩目的成绩。截至2004年底,石化物资采购网上成交额累计967.73亿元,节约采购金额46.83亿元。化工产品销售网上成交合同累计8808笔,签订购销合同1034.7万吨,成交金额713.36亿元。江苏油田借助于ERP系统对物资采购过程的严格监控和总部物资采购电子商务系统的全面集成,2004年将总部集中采购率提高到55%,同时油田内部的物资集中采购率达到95%以上;扬予石化通过ERP的实施,在5个月内库存原材料降低了8.9亿元,平均减少资金占用7.35亿元,6个月减少银行贷款12亿元。可以不夸张地说,中国石化“信息化航母”已全面驱动。
