重型振动压路机的振动轮主要采用4点支撑结构,中间联轴器的连接可靠性非常关键。联轴器松脱将直接导致振动轮振动失效。通过计算分析,确定中间联轴器的螺钉连接结构安全系数足够,导致中间联轴器松脱的原因是装配时没有保证螺钉拧紧力矩且止口结合面没有贴紧,结合面压溃后导致摩擦力矩不够。针对故障原因,提出加强装配时的螺钉拧紧力矩检验,以及增加中间联轴器安装止口深度等对策。台架试验结果表明,改进措施有效可行,改进方法对同类结构的设计和验证具有一定参考价值。
