切分轧制是采用特殊的孔型和导卫系统,利用金属的不均匀变形将轧件沿纵向切分成2根或2根以上独立分支的新工艺。采用有限元软件Deform 6.1模拟出应用四线切分轧制工艺生产直径为14mm螺纹钢筋的预切分道次和切分道次的轧制过程,计算出相应特殊孔型下的轧制力,并且将用有限元方法计算的结果与现场实测相比较,两者相差10%左右,满足生产实际要求。模拟仿真了轧件在四线切分导卫中的切分过程,得出2对切分轮的各方向受力曲线。
