为系统全面地探讨超声波辅助法提取金荞麦(-)表儿茶素类活性物质的工艺条件,通过单因素试验法,确定超声功率、乙醇浓度、料液比、处理时间和处理温度的大致范围,再通过正交试验优化其提取工艺。结果表明:超声功率不宜高于250 W,乙醇浓度45%、料液比1∶18、处理温度20℃,处理时间10 min,平均提取率可达1.937 4%以上。该工艺快捷高效,可应用于金荞麦(-)表儿茶素单体产业化生产的前期生产。
In order to systematically and comprehensively discuss the process conditions of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of epicatechin active substances, single-factor test was used to determine the approximate range of ultrasonic power, ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, treatment time and treatment temperature , And then through orthogonal test to optimize its extraction process. The results showed that the ultrasonic power should not be higher than 250 W, the concentration of ethanol was 45%, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:18, the temperature was 20 ℃ and the treatment time was 10 min. The average extraction rate was above 1.937 4%. The process is fast and efficient and can be applied to the pre-production of the industrial production of epicatechin (-) epicatechin monomer.
