以6~7年生乐昌含笑多点种源试验林观测数据作为种源地理变异研究材料,通过多点方差分析及相关分析,并对生长性状进行聚类分析。结果表明,参试种源存在显著或极显著差异,说明种源地理变异真实存在;生长和形质性状与产地纬度存在负相关、与经度存在正相关,种源的生长和形质性状呈现随纬度降低、经度增加性状值逐渐增大的地理变异特点(除叶片大小外),来自纬度越低、水热条件越好的种源,其生长表现越好;参试种源可划分成丰产种源区、普通种源区和低产种源区,基本呈现纬度越低、丰产性越好的分布规律。
