经集团公司领导批准,2000年11月10日,政研体改部在原子能院组织召开了集团公司总部及部分在京单位中青年领导干部研讨会。来自集团公司办公厅、计划部、财会部、科技与国际合作部、投资经营管理部、政研体改部、审计部、核燃料部和宝原公司、金原铀业公司、原子能院的14名中青年领导干部代表参加了会议。科技委副主任郑庆云、人事劳动部主任杨映璜、财会部主任阮光立、政研体改部主任汪兆富等有关领导参加了会议研讨。这次会议的目的是为了配合集团公司2001年工作会议的筹备,进一步深入贯彻集团公司“军民结合、发展核电,调整结构、突出效益,强化经营、科技兴核”的发展方针,研讨集团公司“十五”期间改革与发展的思路。会前,黄国俊副总经理对会议提出要求,希望参加会议的代表本着集团公司跨世纪改革与发展的使命感,解放思想,纵观国家和全社会的发展和进步,找出我们的问题和差距。同时,站在集团公司的角度,对关系全局发展的重要问题进行思考,提出建设性的对策和建议,把这次会议开好。会议期间,围绕集团公司改革与发展的重点、热点和难点问题,与会代表各抒己见,畅所欲言。本刊摘登10位同志的发言,以飨读者。
