铜山钼铜矿系含碳矽卡岩型铜钼矿床。大部分脉石矿物受到游离碳(石墨)的浸染,其中硅质角岩和碳质页岩的含碳量局部富集,具有良好的疏水性,严重影响辉钼矿的浮游选择性,并降低铜精矿质量。采用分段开路浮选流程和氧化剂对铜钼混合粗精矿精选,以及选择适当再磨地点和弱酸性介质处理钼粗精矿,逐步分选出不同含碳量的易浮脉石等工艺方法,通过半工业试验与工业生产的平行对比,显著地改善钼精矿和铜精矿选别指标,并获得较好的经济效果。 1.含碳易浮脉石特性矿石主要金属矿物有黄铁矿、黄铜矿、
