应用花粉管通道法、种子浸渍法及孕穗期茎注射等方法,将玉米等外源供体DNA直接导入水稻品种中,其后代在生育期、株高、穗数、粒数及粒重等主要性状方面都产生了明显的变异。本文初步报道了用普通栽培水稻盐粳10号为受体,玉米黑307为供体将其DNA经孕穗期茎注射法导入后得到的变异株系及花粉管通道法、种子浸渍法后代的变异情况。
