Various theories of Marxism on the development of worldwide capitalism have evolved into two major schools. One group focuses on the progressive role of capitalism in the development of productive forces while the other states that capitalism is an exploitation system exploited by another region. In this system, the development of a few areas is at the cost of “underdevelopment” in most parts of the world. The first is that capitalism creates material preconditions for a better (socialist) society and creates the class forces that bring about this society. The second view is that, just because capitalism can not promote economic development, revolution becomes necessary. However, historical facts show that these two are mutually antagonistic
