采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,以河南省20所普通高校的300名外语教师为研究对象,对河南省高校外语教师师资情况和影响其科研能力的内部因素进行分析。分析表明:首先,河南省普通高校外语教师年龄结构上呈年轻化特点,职称结构不够合理,学历和学位结构与国家要求相比有一定的差距。其次,河南省普通高校外语教师科研态度不够积极,对科研的重要性认识不足;最后,河南省普通高校外语教师的科研目的明确,但过于功利;科研方法运用较单一。
Using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, and other 300 foreign language teachers in 20 colleges and universities in Henan Province as the research object, this paper analyzes the teachers of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities in Henan Province and the internal factors that affect their ability of scientific research . The analysis shows that: First of all, the age structure of foreign language teachers in ordinary colleges and universities in Henan Province is characterized by younger age. The structure of professional titles is not reasonable enough. There is a gap between the academic qualifications and degree structure and the national requirements. Second, the research attitude of foreign language teachers in ordinary universities in Henan Province is not positive enough, and the understanding of the importance of scientific research is not enough. Finally, the research purpose of foreign language teachers in ordinary colleges and universities in Henan Province is clear, but it is too utilitarian;
