舰船和压力容器(核容器和非核容器)等大型结构钢构件的防断安全设计的重要参数之一,是该种材料的零塑性转变温度(NDTT),其定义是对应于断口为全脆断(没有剪切断裂)的最高温度。照此定义用任何样品和加载方法都能得到相应的NDTT,但不同样品厚度,不同缺口锐度,不同加载速度得到的NDTT差异较大。因此,工程上所称的NDTT是按照美国ASTM E208规范用落锤试验机测定的,国内曾参照该标准制订了国标。
One of the important parameters of the safety design for the prevention of breakage of large structural steel parts such as warships and pressure vessels (nuclear containers and non-nuclear containers) is the Zero Plasticity Transition Temperature (NDTT) of the material, which is defined as corresponding to the fracture of full brittle Broken (no shear fracture) the maximum temperature. According to this definition, any NDTT can be obtained by any sample and loading method, but the NDTT obtained by different sample thickness, different notch sharpness and different loading speed is quite different. Therefore, the engineering NDTT is measured in accordance with the United States ASTM E208 with a drop-weight test machine, the country has set a national standard with reference to the standard.
