新课程理念倡导课程实施体现出以“自主、合作、探究”为特征的发展性特点,但是在中职德育课教学中,教师常常忽略学生已有的生活经验、知识及其认知规律,一味地迎合新理论来组织教学。教师必须从思想上转变教学理念,要认识到没有一种教学方法是万能的,各种方法都有其利弊。在教学过程中将各种教学方法有机融合才能弥补讲授法在培养学生的探索精神、创新才能和解决问题能力方面的不足。
