深孔钻床上,借专用装置防止钻头折断。用这种装置测量切削过程某一力的参数(扭矩或轴向力),同装置上规定的标准数值相比较,必要时发出信号停止加工,并退出钻头或者减小切削用量。这种装置是苏联哈尔科夫组合机床专业设计局设计的,其结构如图1所示。 与钻头主轴9刚性连接的太阳轮8、摆动轮6和行星齿轮7与10组成的行星减速器装在可拆卸的壳体1内。减速器的这两个行星齿轮的回转轴装在丝杆2上,丝杆2装在主轴11内。齿轮6具有角回转,借弹簧12压靠在刚性支承上。在该处还借摆杆3和摇臂4压住终点开关5。
Deep hole drilling machine, by special device to prevent the drill break. The parameters (torque or axial force) used to measure a certain force during the cutting process are compared with the standard values specified on the unit and, if necessary, a signal is issued to stop machining and exiting the drill or to reduce the amount of cutting. This device was designed by the Kharkiv Union Machine Tool Design Bureau of the Soviet Union and its structure is shown in Figure 1. A sun gear 8 rigidly connected to the drill spindle 9, a planetary gear reducer composed of the oscillating wheel 6 and the planet gears 7 and 10, is housed in the detachable housing 1. The reduction gear of these two planetary gear rotary shaft mounted on the screw 2, screw 2 installed in the spindle 11. The gear 6 is angularly revolved and pressed against the rigid support by a spring 12. Here also by the swing lever 3 and the rocker arm 4 presses the end switch 5.
