碳酸氢铵、氨水和尿素施入土壤后往往有相当部分分解(尿素在尿酶作用下)成气态氨。氨的挥发损失直接影响到氮肥肥效。为了弄清氨气在土壤中扩散损失的变化规律,需要有适于田间测定氨气损失的方法。我们在研究氨气挥发损失的工作中,通过实践对Ventura和Nommik提出的田间测定氨气方法作了改进,使之适用于水田和旱地挥发性氨的定量测定。用经过改进的方法测氨灵敏度高,操作较简便,特别是能在通气条件下搜集从土壤中挥发损失的氨。
Ammonium bicarbonate, ammonia, and urea tend to decompose to a considerable extent (urea under the action of urease) into gaseous ammonia. Ammonia volatile loss directly affects the nitrogen fertilizer efficiency. In order to understand the variation of ammonia diffusion loss in the soil, there is a need for a method suitable for determining ammonia loss in the field. In our work on the ammonia volatilization loss, we have made some improvements to the field-tested ammonia method put forward by Ventura and Nommik in practice so that it can be applied to the quantitative determination of volatile ammonia in paddy fields and drylands. With the improved method of measuring ammonia sensitivity, easy to operate, especially in the ventilation conditions to collect ammonia from the soil loss of ammonia.
