随着电力企业面临的机遇和挑战日益增加,人力资源管理做为影响电力企业竞争成败的关键性因素,是核心竞争力的根本所在。青年员工做为企业充满活力的生力军,对企业的发展起着重要的推动作用。本文以国网北京电科院为例,通过探索青年员工跨单位培养模式在电力科研机构中的实际应用,力图为企业打造一支梯队合理、专业精尖、素质优秀、科技引领的人才储备库。
As power companies face increasing opportunities and challenges, human resources management as a key factor affecting the success or failure of power enterprises competition is the core competitiveness of the core. Young employees as a dynamic force of enterprises, plays an important role in promoting the development of enterprises. In this paper, the State Grid Beijing Electric Power Research Institute as an example, by exploring the cross-unit training of young employees in the electric power research institutions in the practical application, trying to build a business for the echelon rational, sophisticated, high quality, science and technology leading talent pool .
