Earthquake is the most serious threat to modern civilization, a natural disaster. In the past decade or two, some earthquake-prone countries have studied a great deal about its monitoring and forecasting and have accumulated a lot of information. However, there are not many things of real value. At present, the target of effective prediction of strong earthquakes from mankind is still far away, and much more needs to be done.
