寻找新的中枢拟胆碱药尤其是乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂是治疗早老性痴呆病（Ａｌｚｈｅｉｍｅｒ＇ｓＤｉｓｅａｓｅ，ＡＤ）研究的重点之一。本文概述了乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂的研究进展及其作用机制。
Finding new central cholinergic drugs, especially acetylcholinesterase inhibitors, is one of the focuses of Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) research. This article outlines the research progress of acetylcholinesterase inhibitors and its mechanism of action.
