本文建立了离子色谱法测定薯片中磷酸盐的检测方法。薯片样品经10mmol/L的氢氧化钠溶液提取后,三氯甲烷去除油脂,过滤,滤液过On Guard IIRP柱除去样品中的有机物,而后进样至离子色谱,以IonPac AS11HC分析柱进行阴离子交换分离。在0.1~10mg/L质量浓度范围内,磷酸根工作曲线的线性相关系数r为0.9988,样品检出限为10.0mg/kg。同时对样品进行加标,磷酸根的回收率为87.3.0%~110.2%。该方法方便可靠,可应用于薯片中磷酸盐的检测。
This paper established a method for the determination of phosphate in potato chips by ion chromatography. After the potato chips were extracted with 10 mmol / L sodium hydroxide solution, the chloroform was degreased and filtered.
