目的探讨沈阳地区6~14岁健康儿童呼出气体一氧化氮(FeNO)水平与其年龄、身高、体质量、体质量指数(BMI)及肺功能各参数之间的相关性。方法随机测定沈阳地区200名6~14岁健康儿童(男102名,女98名)FeNO水平及其肺功能,采用SAS 8.2软件进行统计学分析。结果受试儿童总体FeNO水平中位数(四分位间距)为13.0 ppb(8.0~19.0 ppb),其中男童13.0ppb(10.0~19.5 ppb),女童为13.5 ppb(10.0~17.0 ppb),不同性别比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);FeNO与肺功能各参数[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC、呼气峰流速(PEF)]亦无相关性(R2=0.016 0、0.013 9、0.014 4、0.007 5);FeNO水平与身高、年龄、体质量、BMI均无相关性(R2=0.062 3、0.044 0、0.098 3、0.037 2)。结论健康儿童FeNO中位数为13.0ppb[8.0~19.0 ppb],FeNO与性别、年龄、身高、体质量、BMI无相关性,与肺功能各参数之间亦无相关性,但二者密不可分,是全面评价儿童哮喘的呼吸道炎症的无创方法。
Objective To explore the correlation between the levels of FeNO in healthy children aged 6 ~ 14 years and their parameters of age, height, body mass, body mass index (BMI) and pulmonary function in Shenyang area. Methods The FeNO level and pulmonary function of 200 healthy children (male 102, female 98) aged 6-14 in Shenyang were randomly measured and analyzed by SAS 8.2 software. Results The median overall FeNO level (interquartile range) was 13.0 ppb (8.0 to 19.0 ppb) for boys, 13.0 ppb for boys (10.0-19.5 ppb) and 13.5 ppb for girls (10.0-17.0 ppb) There was no significant difference in gender between the two groups (P> 0.05). FeNO also correlated with pulmonary function parameters (FVC, FEV1, FEV1 / FVC and PEF) (R2 = 0.016 0,0.013 9,0.014 4,0.007 5). There was no correlation between FeNO level and height, age, body mass and BMI (R2 = 0.062 3,0.044 0,0.098 3,0.037 2). Conclusion The median FeNO of healthy children was 13.0 ppb [8.0-19.0 ppb]. No correlation was found between FeNO and sex, age, height, body mass, BMI and pulmonary function parameters, but the two were inseparable , Is a non-invasive method to fully evaluate respiratory inflammation in childhood asthma.
