对太原化工厂聚氯乙烯分厂工作在噪声环境下的81名工人进行听力检查,并对现场噪声进行测试,环境噪声强度>90dBSPL以上。3年~10年组51名,其中高频听力损伤占23.5%,语言频率听力损伤占27.5%;11年~30年组30名,高频听力损伤占48.3%,语言频率听力损伤占45%。两组经χ2检验,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。显示听力损伤与噪声史呈正比,听力恢复程度与噪声史呈反比。认为降低环境噪声、加强个人防护仍是预防噪声性耳聋的关键。
81 workers in Polyvinyl Chloride Factory of Taiyuan Chemical Plant under noise environment were tested for hearing and the noise of the site was tested. The environmental noise intensity was over 90dBSPL. 51 in 3 years to 10 years group, of which 23.5% were high frequency hearing loss, 27.5% hearing loss in language frequency, 30 in high speed hearing loss in 48% in 11 years to 30 years, Frequency hearing loss accounted for 45%. Two groups by χ2 test, there was a significant difference (P <0.01). It shows that hearing loss is proportional to the history of noise and the degree of hearing recovery is inversely proportional to the history of noise. It is believed that reducing the environmental noise and strengthening personal protection are the keys to prevent noise-induced deafness.
