为更好地规范煤机企业安全标志管理相关工作,达到预防为主,关口前移的目的,首次利用信息技术手段研究设计企业煤安工作管理系统,系统包括煤安专家子系统、安标受控件管理子系统、企业内审系统及煤安认证管理子系统;提出了企业煤安工作成效的5个评价指标。并以产品为中心、安全标志申办流程为主线对系统的构成要素及运行机理进行了阐述分析。实践表明系统可持续提高煤机企业的煤安水平、有效促进企业安全标志获取进程,确保煤机行业输出产品的安全性能,从根本上降低了煤矿生产中的不安全因素。
In order to better standardize the work related to the management of safety signs of coal-mining enterprises and to achieve the purpose of prevention and advancement, the coal-cavern work management system for the design enterprises was firstly researched by means of information technology. The system includes the coal safety expert subsystem, Control management subsystem, internal audit system and coal safety certification management subsystem; put forward the enterprise coal safety work five evaluation indicators. And product-centric, safety signs bidding process as the main line of the system components and operating mechanism were analyzed. Practice shows that the system can continuously improve the safety level of coal mines, effectively promote the process of obtaining safety signs, and ensure the safety performance of coal mills’ output products, thus fundamentally reducing the unsafe factors in coal mines.
