随着我校课堂教学改革的不断探索和实践,“导学—自学—测评”循环推进教学模式正在逐渐完善和清晰。从教学设计到课堂操作,更加凸显“自学为主、讲练结合”的教学指导原则。但受到传统教学思想影响和个人课堂教学能力的制约,在新的教学模式的实践过程中,表现出以下几个突出的误区,本人结合常规教学检查及教学活动中的情况,分析这几个问题并提出应对策略。
With the continuous exploration and practice of classroom teaching reform in our school, the teaching mode of “guiding learning - self-study-evaluation” and recycling promotion is gradually being perfected and clear. From instructional design to classroom operation, more emphasis is put on the teaching principle of “self-study, combination of teaching and practice”. However, due to the influence of traditional teaching thoughts and individual classroom teaching ability, in the process of practice of new teaching mode, the following several prominent misunderstandings are shown. Based on the situation of routine teaching inspection and teaching activities, I analyze these problems And propose coping strategies.
