以青钱柳二根一干苗为研究对象,采用裂区设计研究了3种光照条件(全光照、50%全光照、15%全光照)和3个种源(五峰、沅陵、沐川)对青钱柳叶中总三萜、阿江榄仁酸和青钱柳甙Ⅰ含量的影响,探讨了青钱柳叶中三萜类化合物含量的季节性动态变化。结果表明:以10月份作为青钱柳叶收获季节,不同处理青钱柳叶中三萜类化合物含量及产量存在显著差异。总三萜含量以沅陵种源+全光照处理最高,为42.03 mg/g;阿江榄仁酸含量以沐川种源+15%全光照处理最高,为4.42 mg/g;而青钱柳甙Ⅰ含量则以沐川种源+全光照处理最高,为2.52 mg/g。总三萜、青钱柳甙Ⅰ产量均以沐川种源+全光照处理最高,分别为2 907.2 mg/株、264.4 mg/株;阿江榄仁酸产量以沅陵种源+50%全光照处理最高,为208.6 mg/株。三萜类化合物含量的季节动态显示,其最高值均出现在9月。青钱柳叶三萜类化合物含量与种源、光照强度以及叶片采摘时间密切相关,研究结果为青钱柳药用林的定向培育提供了支持。
In this study, we studied the effects of three light conditions (full light, 50% full light, 15% full light) and three provenances (Wufeng, Yuanling and Muchuan) On the content of total triterpene in the leaves of Cyperus rotundus, Artemisia gonorrhoeae and Cyclosporin I. The seasonal changes of triterpenoids in Cyclocarya paliurus were also discussed. The results showed that the triterpene content and yield in different treatments were significantly different in October as the harvest season. Total triterpenoid content was the highest in Yuanling provenances + total light treatment, which was 42.03 mg / g. The content of Acanthopanax senticosus acid was the highest (4.42 mg / g) in Muchuan provenance with total light of 15% The highest content of Muchuan provenances + full light was 2.52 mg / g. The total triterpenoids and the yield of Cyclosporine Ⅰ were the highest in Muchuan provenances + full light treatment, which were 2 907.2 mg / plant and 264.4 mg / plant, respectively. The yield of Agrimonium spp. In Yuanling provenance + 50% Highest, 208.6 mg / plant. The seasonal dynamics of triterpene contents show that their highest values appeared in September. The content of triterpene in Cyclocarya paliurus was closely related to the provenance, light intensity and the time of leaf picking, and the results provided the support for the directional cultivation of Cyclocarya paliurus.
