为解决三元复合驱后油井结垢问题,分析了三元复合驱后油井结垢的机理及垢的成分,以羟基五甲叉膦酸、膦基聚马来酸酐防垢剂、C12-C18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(10)醚、USP2烷基为十五烷基、乌洛托品、硒化钠等原料合成了清防垢剂,研究了清防垢剂浓度对清垢和防垢效果的影响,并在华北油田百余口油井进行了应用。研究结果表明,三元复合驱油井所结垢为碳酸盐垢和硅垢的复合体,清防垢剂加量为20~30 mg/L时,清垢率大于60%、防垢率大于95%。现场应用结果表明,清防垢剂不仅解决了垢卡泵、井筒管杆的结垢问题,而且节约油井能耗。三元复合驱后油井平均检泵周期由约70 d延长至约600 d,单井能耗降低23.19百分点,达到了满足油田生产正常运行和节能的目的。
In order to solve the problem of scale formation after ASP flooding, the mechanism of scale formation and composition of scale after ASP flooding were analyzed. The results show that the scaling of the ASP flooding wells is a composite of carbonate scale and silica scale. When the level of anti-scale agent is 20-30 mg / L, the scale cleaning rate is more than 60% and the anti-scaling rate is greater than 95%. Field application results show that the anti-scaling agent not only solved the scale card pump, wellbore pipe scale fouling problems, but also save oil well energy consumption. After the ASP flooding, the average pump inspection interval extends from about 70 days to about 600 days and the single-well energy consumption decreases by 23.19 percentage points, which meets the normal operation and energy saving of oilfield production.
