为了优化RH处理工艺,提高RH精炼后的IF钢水洁净度,通过分析T[O]含量和夹杂物含量的变化研究了钢水镇静(静置)时间对IF钢洁净度的影响.研究表明,随着镇静时间的延长,中间包钢液中T[O]含量和夹杂物数量总体呈先下降后回升的趋势.在30min到40min的镇静时间区间里,中间包内钢液试样T[O]含量基本稳定,所分析炉次中只有4.76%炉次T[O]超过30×10-4%.在该厂现行工艺条件下,镇静时间在30 min到40 min的时段内的钢液洁净度水平较高.
In order to optimize the RH treatment process and improve the cleanliness of the IF molten steel after RH refining, the influence of the molten steel calm (static) time on the cleanliness of IF steel was studied by analyzing the changes of T [O] content and inclusion content.
